Our process for planning a commercial relocation

We’ll assign a dedicated Project Manager to conduct a comprehensive assessment of both the origin and destination sites. This involves reviewing floorplans, access points, lift capacities, parking logistics, and any building-specific requirements. We also engage with key client stakeholders to understand their operational priorities, any sensitive items, and specialist considerations such as IT infrastructure, laboratory equipment, or secure materials.

Planning

We’ll develop a tailored move plan that reflects the client’s unique needs. This includes defining the move schedule, allocating the necessary crew and vehicles, and coordinating any specialist services such as crate delivery, IT decommissioning and recommissioning, or secure storage. If the move is to take place in phases or outside of regular working hours, this is factored into the schedule from the outset.

Reviewing

Our approach includes all known variables and contingency planning to effectively manage any unforeseen delays. We are also able to review plans in collaboration with clients so that the move schedule remains aligned with any operational requirements. Our approach is transparent and flexible to ensure business continuity throughout. As part of this, we provide clear communication, progress reporting, and tracking tools to keep all parties informed.
